(1) Procedure

 Click on Artisan Wind (423,353) in Twin City to toggle on the Improvement window. Put your item into the big slot and Meteor or Dragon Ball to the small slot. Click on Improve to upgrade your items. Artisan Wind upgrades your items by random luck.

If you do not want to run any risks, you may ask Magic Artisan in the market (257,249) to upgrade your items. If you have the required meteors or dragon balls, he can guarantee satisfaction to you.

(2) Introduction:

Meteor:
It is a stony or metallic mass of matter that has fallen to the earth's surface from meteor shower. It is said Meteor has a mighty power. If this power has penetrated the items, it can upgrade the level of the items but maintain the same quality. For example, level-60 super items may become level-70 super items. The higher the level, the more difficult to upgrade. If the improvement is unsuccessful, the durability will go down but the quality is not affected.

Dragon Ball: 
Chinese take dragon as supernatural creatures. The Dragon Balls have magic performance. It can improve the quality of the items but maintain the same level. For example, level-70 elite items may become level-70 super items. The higher the level, the more difficult to upgrade. Once the improvement is unsuccessful, the durability will go down but the level is not affected.

You may get meteors and dragon balls by killing monsters, completing some quests, buying from fellow players.
